Dem Alter entsprechend leicht gebräunt. *** Bemerkungen: Seltene, großformatige Landkarte Gesamtdeutschlands mit den angrenzenden Ländern in zwei Teilen. Das detailliert dargestellte Gebiet zeigt das Heilige Römische Reich Deutscher Nation in der ungefähren Ausdehnung zum Ende des Dreißigjährigen Krieges. Der Kartenbereich reicht von Schleswig im Norden über Warschau im Osten und Venedig im Süden bis Rouen im Westen. Ergänzt wird der Kartenbereich durch zwei aufwendige figürliche Kartuschen und zwei Meilenzeiger. Rückseitig zwei Ansichten von Kiel und Visby (je ca. 11 x 24 cm) *** English description: A large (combined platesize 90 x 58 cm) and rare map in two sheets, published by Vincenzo Maria Coronelli in Venice in 1692. It depicts Germany and the adjacent countries at the end of the Thirty Years' War. The displayed area reaches from Schleswig in the North over Warsaw in the East and Venice in the South to Rouen in the West. The map is further enriched by two elaborated cartouches and two milescales. On verso there are two town views of Kiel and Visby, each circa 11 x 24 cm.
