A mid-Victorian percussion pistol, no maker's marks visible, inscription to barrel (not in English) with date 1854, swivel attachment to stock, ram rod is actually a modified nail so not original, lock mechanism present and partially works. Overall in good condition. This is an exempt weapon under Section 58(2) of the Firearms Act 1968 and no licence is required.
