A carved wood parcel-gilt figure of a female deity, probably Tara, Bhutan, 18th century, wearing tall crown, necklace, large disc earrings and brocade skirt, with traces of blue paint to the hair, mounted, the figure 29.5cm high This figure is an unusually large example of a small group of know pieces generally attributed to Bhutan. For a smaller figure depicting Kubera, see Olympia Auctions, 25th May 2016, lot 215. There is also a related figure depicting a bodhisattva in the British Museum, No.1947,0414.1十八世紀 西藏(或不丹)風格鎏金木雕佛像
