1373 Grant of Land - this lot comprises a Grant of Land in newcastle (now in Tyne and Wear) written in latin and dated "on the next Friday after the feast of the exaltation of the Holy Cross in the forty seventh year of the reign of the third Edward after the conquest" i.e 16th September 1373. Grant from Robert de morden and Alan Whiteheved to John del Chaumbre. Translation/transcript included and an extremely rare survivor.
