T[VRKIL O]N EVEI, 1.31g, 3h (SCBI Mass 1015; Spink 1348A), crimped and off-struck, otherwise a bold fine; additionally, 'Edward I, a Contemporary Forgery, Long Cross Penny, in the style of London, 1.07g, 9h, double struck in rotated dies on reverse, otherwise about fine; another, Counts of Hainault, Jean d'Avesnes (1280-1304), Esterling, Valencienne, 1.22g, 10h (Mayhew 35), ragged low edge and slightly concave, otherwise good fine; lastly, Edward III (1327-1377), Third 'Florin' Coinage, Halfpenny, London, 0.57g, 9h (Spink 1557), slightly ragged and waterworn, otherwise a bolder fine; a most enjoyable group!
