stamped 18K, designed with a narrow shank and dome shaped top composed of small gold balls, with 3 diamond and gem set flowers, one with 6 round faceted sapphires of approx. 0.3 carats, one with 6 round faceted rubies of approx. 0.3 carats and 6 round faceted chalcedony stones, each flower with a central round cut diamond, together 0.3cttw., size 8.5, gross weight approx. 17.5 grams
