French School, 18th century. 'Jupiter and Juno (Zeus and Hera) on Mount Ida' (Iliad book XV), oil on wood panel, apparently unsigned. Framed.

Approximate dimensions: board h. 12.75", w. 23.5"; frame h. 16", w. 27", d. 1.5".
Condition: Examined under blacklight, scattered inpainting, repair to horizontal crack to board at center, small scattered chips to paint layer, lifting to varnish layer, and overall with craquelure.
