There was frost on the 24th, 25th, and 26th of October and from the 1st to the 8th of November non-stop, with temperatures dropping to as low as -4. 5°C, with a maximum of just 3°C. A Sauternes eiswein? A very rare and special Yquem! Stored for years in a private cellar at 12° and 80% humidity.
