Très vraisemblablement française d'origine, cette adorable Eden Roc fut mise en circulation le 1er avril 1969 et ne connut que deux propriétaires de 1970 à 2003. Son actuel propriétaire en fit lui l'acquisition en 2011, la mécanique avait été remplacée par un moteur de Fiat 126, plus puissant et qui apporte un meilleur agrément de conduite avec sa boîte quatre rapports. Il a depuis réalisé de nombreux travaux afin d'une part de la fiabiliser et d'autre part d'en améliorer la présentation. Le résultat est aujourd'hui satisfaisant, la voiture est séduisante avec sa robe blanche rehaussée d'un liseré noir et capote noire assortie. La sellerie, les moquettes ainsi que la capote en Alpaga de belle facture furent refaites par les Etablissements Deberne en Ile de France pour plus de 2500 €. Son suivi mécanique est assuré par Eclair Garage depuis 2011, spécialiste parisien de la Fiat 500. Citons parmi les dernières interventions le remplacement des pneus arrière, de la batterie, du kit de transmission et de la bobine d'allumage. Tout récemment, ce sont les soubassements qui ont été repris afin d'éliminer la rouille avant de recevoir un traitement de protection. Depuis 2011, c'est ainsi plus de 8000 € qui ont été investis. In all likelihood a French car originally, this lovely Eden Roc was first registered on 1 April 1969 and had only two owners from 1970 to 2003. Its current owner acquired it in 2011. Its engine had been replaced by one more powerful from a Fiat 126, which makes the car more pleasant to drive with its four-speed gearbox. Since then, he has carried out a good deal of work, both to make the car more reliable and to improve its appearance. The result today is most satisfactory, and the car looks attractive with its white paintwork set off by a black stripe and matching black hood. The upholstery, carpets and good-quality alpaca hood were refurbished by Deberne in the Paris area for more than 2500 €. Mechanically, it has been looked after since 2011 by Eclair Garage, a Parisian Fiat 500 specialist. Among work recently carried out, the rear tyres, battery, transmission kit and ignition coil were replaced. Most recently, work was done on the underbody to remove rust before it was given a protective treatment. Since 2011, more than 8000 € has been spent on the car.
