1969 JAGUAR XJ6 4.2 SERIES 1
Registration No: SJV 542H
Manufacturer: Jaguar
Model: XJ6 4.2 Series 1
Registration No: SJV 542H
First Registered: 1969
Mileometer:
Chassis No: 1L5499BW
MOT: Exempt
Colour: Red

A 1969 Jaguar XJ6 4.2 finished in Signal Red with a Tan leather interior. Owned by the vendor since 2008, this XJ6 is in very good condition. The bodywork is very good, and the paintwork is also very good. All the chrome is good, and the interior is very good, with nice original leather, good wood, good carpets, and a very good headlining, which was replaced in 2006. Under the bonnet is very tidy, and is still painted in what appears to be its original colour. The engine runs very well, and the car is said to drive very well, with the gearbox changing gear in a satisfactory manner.

There are quite a few repair invoices, including one for a re-conditioned head, which was fitted some 2,000 miles ago. The car is currently fitted with a set of Series 3 XJ wheels, but the vendor has in his garage, a set of original wheels which can go with the car (these would need to be collected from the vendor).

The car has been used sparingly in the vendors ownership, and he has done just over 3,000 miles. It has been regularly MoT'd in this time, and he has always kept the car garaged.

Note: This description is provided by the vendor and unless otherwise stated is 'Not Verified' by Barons or any person employed by Barons. Prospective purchasers are advised to satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of any statements made, whether they be statements of fact or opinion.
