A la fin de l'année 1993, dans le prolongement de la présentation de la 348 spider, Ferrari optimise son modèle 348 pour le rendre plus accessible. Initialement disponible en coupé appellation TB et en targa appelé TS, la gamme évolue en GTB et GTS. Ces versions restylées bénéficient d'une meilleure répartition des masses, d'une structure rigidifiée et d'un moteur optimisé qui développe désormais 320 ch à 7200 tr/min. Ces voitures plus abouties ne seront pourtant produites qu'en séries très limités, de respectivement 222 GTB et 218 GTS, car il s'agissait des versions de fin de carrière de la 348, ce qui les rend particulièrement recherchées.
La voiture proposée est une rare 348 GTS délivrée et mise en circulation le 4 mai 1994 par le garage Francorchamps de Belgique. Dans sa couleur historique Ferrari, jaune " Giallo ", mariée à un intérieur en cuir et moquettes noirs, la configuration très pétillante de cette 348 GTS sied bien au caractère exclusif de l'auto. Son propriétaire actuel en a fait l'acquisition en 2015 auprès de la concession Ferrari de Bruxelles, après qu'un gros entretien ait été effectué alors que la voiture avait 47409 km. En décembre 2018 le véhicule a également fait l'objet d'une révision chez Ferrari à Paris. Il dispose de son carnet d'entretien et est équipé d'un pédalier en aluminium perforé qui parfait sa présentation sportive. Totalisant maintenant un peu plus de 47550 km notre 348 GTS se trouve en très bel état général et constitue un modèle important dans l'univers Ferrari, d'autant plus dans cette configuration.

At the end of 1993, continuing on from the introduction of the 348 Spider, Ferrari optimized its 348 model to make it easier to use at its full potential. Initially available as a coupé known as the TB and in TS-badged targa form, the range evolved into GTB and GTS models. These restyled versions benefitted from improved weight distribution, a stiffer body structure and an uprated engine which now developed 320bhp at 7200rpm. These more elaborate versions were only produced in very limited numbers, with respectively 222 GTB and 218 GTS models built, as they were the final production versions of the 348, making them particularly sought-after.
The car which we are offering is a rare 348 GTS delivered and first registered on 4 May 1994 by the Francorchamps garage in Belgium. In its classic Ferrari livery of "Giallo" yellow, combined with a black leather interior and carpets, the dazzling specification of this 348 GTS is well suited to the car's exclusive character. Its current owner purchased it in 2015 from the Ferrari dealership in Brussels, after a major service had been carried out, when the car had covered 47,409km (29,459 miles). In December 2018, the car was also serviced by Ferrari in Paris. It comes with its service book and is fitted with a drilled aluminium pedal set, which lends the finishing touch to its sporting appearance. Having now covered just over 47,550km (29,546 miles), our 348 GTS is in very good overall condition and represents an important model in the world of Ferrari, especially with this specification.
