The lock plate marked Ketland & Co., with highly figured flamed wood stock, alternating brass and white metal mounts, patch box and scrolled brass trigger guard. Approx. caliber .537. Dimensions: H 4" x L 57.25" x W 2.25" Condition: Wear consistent with antique age and use; rubbing to engraving and metal finish, areas of tarnish and oxidation, a few stress cracks to wood.
Condition: All the items in this auction remain at our gallery location in Norwalk, CT for pickup. Preview is by appointment, Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30. Items must be picked up in the time frame of Tuesday, Wednesday December 1st- Friday, December 10th, 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS.
