French Rococo Revival walnut and needlework fauteuil, late 19th century, having a serpentine crest and straight sides leading to sweeping arms and curving arm supports, above a square seat, the petit point needlework depicting a seated female figure in a vineyard at harvest time on the back, and trailing grapevines and exotic birds on the seat in , the whole rising on cabriole legs joined by a curving X-shaped stretcher terminating to hairy topped hooves, 45.25"h x 28.5"w x 25"d; seat 19"h.
