19thc C.T. Germany Royal Portrait Plate
Beautiful scalloped porcelain plate depicting Anne of Austria, Queen consort of France & Navarre ( 1615 - 1643 ) with gold gilt & fruit & floral spray designs surrounding the top of the plate & the portrait. Measures approx 8 1/2"D. Stamped on the reverse with correct markings. C.T Germany is a mark that was first used by a company in Altwasser Germany ( now Walbrzych, Poland ) in 1845. It was used by Cal Tielsch. The Hutschenreuther firm took over the co. in 1918.
