19thc Chinese Canton Rose Medallion Porcelain Vase
Antique Chinese, Canton Rose Medallion porcelain vase, dating to the second half of the 19th Century. Painted in Famille Rose colors, with two panels of figures on a garden terrace, on a gilt foliate ground. There are two, Buddhist lion handles at the neck, & relief modeled "chilong" around the shoulder. Measuring 6.5" high. * two shallow chips to the underside of the top rim (see photos).
