1ST GEN. COLT SAA .44 REVOLVER (1883)

SERIAL 85422. BARREL 5.5". CALIBER 44-40. This single action was made in 1883 and features the early black powder screw in frame, gutta percha eagle grips (not numbered) nickel finish, six shot with acid etched Colt Frontier Six Shooter on left side of barrel. This gun retains 80% of period re-applied nickel finish with balance blending to gun metal gray. The panel was re-etched by a professional. The grips are excellent.
