2 Chinese 19/20 C Yixing Melon & Lion Teapots

- 2 Chinese 19/20 Century Yixing Melon & Lion Teapots each with foliated sides, mouth and fitted rim of cover, each with single hole opening to base of spout; one teapot with blue & turquoise enameled Buddhist Lion to side and turquoise enameled seated Lion finial and impressed seal mark to base; the second without enamel. The enameled teapot with light over-painting to 2 lobes of mouth, light age related wear and normal small firing lines, the second teapot without enamel in good condition with light age related wear. Length of first from handle to spout 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm.). Length of second 7 inches (17.8 cm.).
