2 Chinese Jade & Red Cinnabar Lacquer Boxes

2 Chinese White Jade or Hardstone & Red Cinnabar Lacquer Boxes, the first with an antique white jade insert of a figure in a fretwork pavilion set into a well carved box cover; the second with an antique hardstone insert of Fu, Lu & Shou set into a well carved box cover. Both boxes with black lacquer chips to inside edges and corners; jade and hardstone not examined out of settings. Approximate Height 2 1/4 inches (5.6 cm.) X width 5 5/8 inches (14.2 cm.) X depth 3 7/8 inches (9.8 cm.).
