Sali (Israeli, 20th century). Two vintage pendants, one made of sterling silver and the other combining brass and tiger's eye, both delineated with organic designs comprised of vine and leafy tendril motifs. The piece that holds a large piece of tiger's eye is signed "Sali." Sali Jewelry of Israel is an innovative designer of handcrafted jewelry that incorporates natural and semi-precious stones, in this case beautiful tiger's eye of shimmering golden hues and a silky luster. Two stunning pieces of wearable art! Silver quality: 95.4%. Weight of silver piece: 13 grams. Size of sterling silver piece: 1.8" W x .8" H (4.6 cm x 2 cm)

Provenance: ex-Davis collection, Houston, Texas, acquired before 2013 from various auction houses in London and New York

Condition Report: Both are intact and excellent. Piece with tiger's eye is signed "Sali" on verso and has an integral suspension loop. Silver piece has an openwork design that one could fit with a suspension loop or slip a chain through as it is.
