2 pcs of Thai Ceramics
Two Pieces of Thai Ceramics. Including a 17th century figure of a green glazed lion, standing on an oval plinth and a Sawankhalok celadon glazed elephant, c. 15th to 17th century. Unmarked, but both with Christie's label at the underside. The lion has a minor nick to one ear, the elephant is in repaired condition. Up to 7 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $200-400 Both purchased from Christie's auction in December of 1980.
