The bottles never moved from this natural cav. Build in my familly house underground without windows. The temperature is naturally regulate without variation between 13-14 degrees the full years. The bottles never moved from this place and the hydrometry was between 70-80% the cav has more that 40 years. La bouteille n’a jamais quitté cette cave qui a été construite sous la maison. La température est stable toute l’année. La pièce dispose d’une aération et est plongée dans le noir. les bouteilles ont très bien vieillies.
