This small property is located on the prestigious plateau of Saint Emilion, the vineyard is surrounded by the most prestigious Châteaux. SURFACE 9 ha : 90% Merlot - 5% Cabernet Franc - 5% Cabernet Sauvignon The vineyard is located sandy soils and limestone subsoils. Rigorous size. Manual harvest. Vatting 3 to 4 weeks long. Fermentation in vats cements. Aging in barrels and cement vats. This 2014 sparkles in its ruby color. In the bustle, the nose offers notes of red berries configured, flowers and woody vanilla. On the palate, we find the very ripe berries in a fleshy texture supported by dense and tasty tannins before a tasty finish with liquorice accents. A very nice success! This Saint-Emilion, presents a potential of aging of several years but will reveal all its perfumes as of now.
