Right in the heart of the area of Bolgheri Appellation, the estate is at an altitude of only 45 metres above sea level, with a wide sunlight exposure, predominantly to the west. The forest, which outlines the crops, has its largest extension on the western part of the manor. The vineyard takes up the northern and western areas, while the olive grove extends over the southern part of the estate. The view of the symmetrical and orderly vine rows, with the pine and oak trees in the background, is one of the most picturesque sights of Bolgheri. “VIATOR” TOSCANA ROSSO IGT This Syrah, in purity is the ultimate embodiment of the wine production of the Estate. It is the result of an extreme selection in terms of quality and peculiarity of both the grapes and their vinification process. The fermentation is carried out entirely in steel. It matures in new French oak barriques for 16 months. Viator has a thick and impenetrable colour. Notes of ripe, small red berries. At palate, it presents very soft and equilibrate tannins, it results embracing and very persistent.
