A Bronze Urn After Frank Lloyd Wright, West Jordan, Utah, 1992 Marks: FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT FOUNDATION , (cipher), 1992, HISTORICAL ARTS AND CASTING, INC., (cipher), PROD=100 17 x 20 x 20 inches (43.2 x 50.8 x 50.8 cm) The bronze urn with copper liner is a reproduction of Frank Lloyd Wright's original design incorporating his circle-in-square hallmark of the late 1890's. It appears in several photographs of homes he created in the early 1900's including Wright's home and studio. It was one of Wright's favorite objects, and at least nine urns were cast under his direction by the James A. Miller & Brother foundry in Chicago. From of a limited production of 100.
