(3 Pc) French Empire Style Rouge Marble Garniture Set

DESCRIPTION: Rouge marble garniture set including a mantle clock and two matching candelabras. Clock is decorated with gilded bronze feet, the front two of which are shaped like talons and the back two of which have a foliage motif. Each side of the clock is decorated with a bronze lion's head holding a ring in its mouth, and the clock is crowned with two winged children examining a scroll. Clock face has a floral motif and trident hands, and it is framed in brass and encase behind a brass-framed glass window. Movement is marked "JAPY FRERES & CO GDE MED D'HONN EXP 1855". Candelabras both have three candlesticks upheld by ornate, curvilinear branches. Their front feet are talons and their back feet have a foliage motif. One candelabrum has a winged child with a brush and palette; the other has a winged child with an open book. Clock key, pendulum, and bell included. Dimensions are as follows:

Mantle Clock - L: 8.75" W: 5.25" H: 12.5"
Candelabras - L: 8.5" W: 3.5" H: 15"
