3 Volumes of Chinese Buddhist Bibles, 18/19th Century

十八/十九世紀 高上玉皇本行集經三冊 A set of 3 volumes of a Chinese Buddhist bible. The volumes include 2 copies of volume 2 and 1 copy of volume 3, dating from the 18/19th century.

Dimensions are: 12 3/8 inches long X 4 7/8 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: One is in relatively good condition, but the cover has faded in color. The second has tears in the pages, although it is otherwise intact, if fragile. The covers of the third have disengaged from the pages, and some of the folded creases have torn.

Provenance: From the estate of Mr. Thomas in Maryland.
