356 SC Coupe 1964

[ translate ]

356 SC Coupe 1964
Chassis no. 216539
Engine no. 616/16 811016
The final evolution of the Porsche 356, this one was sold new in Germany and then exported to America.
It is still equipped with its original 1.6-liter, 4-cylinder, 95 HP engine.
It wears its original combination of Emailblau, a rare and spectacular color, over red leather interiors. Equipped with the rare and much sought-after sunroof.
Imported into Italy in the state in which it was discovered, in other words, in classic “barn find” condition, this 356 SC was purchased by its current owner and sent to Porsche Classic in Milan for a total restoration. The work was done scrupulously, respecting the vehicle’s originality. It cost over EUR 90,000 (invoices documenting most of this amount are still available) and the finished car, in its very rare original color scheme, is a splendid sight.
Last serviced in April 2019 at Porsche Classic in Milan.
Accompanied by the Porsche Classiche Certificate.
In concours condition, perfect in every last detail. Ready to take part in any event, from concours d’elegance gatherings to road rallies. Very few kilometers since its restoration.
Featuring all-round disc brakes and the more powerful road engine available for the 356 series, this model is the final evolution of Porsche’s closed 356s. Hard to find another vehicle in such conditions. Errata corrige: The coachbuild restoration has been done by Mabert, the mechanical restauration by a classic and race car specialist using original parts and Porsche Classiche Milano has done the final check and tuning
