Measuring 3 1/2" x 2 1/2", this cast iron elephant has raised portraits of the 1900 Republican nominees on one side and is inscribed: "Prosperity McKinley Teddy". It has a patinated bronze finish, traces of which remain. There is a slot at the top for the insertion of coins or political contributions (P.A.C. money).
