Italian 5.25ctw Blue Sapphire, 0.30ctw Diamond and Solid 18K White Gold Ring - This beautiful ring is crafted of solid 18k white gold and is embellished with approximately 5.25ctw pave set blue sapphires decorating a 16mm pointed ball at the top of the piece. The shoulders of the band are decorated with approximately 0.30ctw fiery white diamond accents, completing the piece flawlessly. The ring has a unique rounded triangular shaped band to create the look, showing wonderful attention to detail. The ring is marked "Italy" on the inside of the band along with the gold purity "750".
