Among the earliest Banksy prints, Rude Copper shows a policeman in the classic English bobby's custodian helmet, his unexpected obscene gesture seeming to leap off the paper. The rust-orange spray-painted word "filth" could be graffiti in an out-of-control urban setting or could indicate the mindset of the officer himself.
