With belled steel barrel engraved with intricate arabesques and vegetal motifs, the handle, pommel and sides of the stock embellished with gilt brass sheets decorated with scrolling vegetal tendrils, lush foliage and braided work, the sideplate to the flintlock mechanism engraved with Western-inspired arabesques, the barrel marked Amal-e Farj-e Halal, 48.6cm long.
