CA. 1100 - 1000 BC A BRONZE RITUAL WINE VESSEL, ZHI EARLY WESTERN ZHOU DYNASTY or later. The vessel has an elongated, pear-shaped body of oblong section encircled by a scroll band on the shoulder, and is raised on a spreading pedestal foot encircled by a band of diagonal scroll interrupted by four 'eyes'.
