Incised with a lotus spray to the centre and a row of petals to the cavetto, with a paper collection label to the base inscribed ‘Found in sea off Mergui, Burma in lat 98”19 in 1934 by a Japanese pearl diver. Bought by M. Collins.’, 35cm diameter.
