Sugata (configuration): shinogi-zukri (raised ridge line), habaki (collar on the blade) is copper with a breaking waves design
Hamon (tempering pattern): ko-gunome (small rounded) with many ashi (legs) in nioi (small grains)
Nakago (tang): ubu (unaltered) with a single mekugi-ana (peg hole) and kengyo yasuri (slanting file marks), signed Annonji Masayuki Zo
Nagasa (length): 54.3 cm, moto-haba (width at the base) 3.0 cm and saki-haba (width at the point) 2.0 cm
Koshirae: mokko-gata tsuba (lobed hand guard) is copper with bamboo leaves and river design, saya (scabbard) is nashiji lacquer (dense grained), tsuka (handle) with black ito (thread wrapping), fuchi-kashira (hilt ornaments) are shakudo (black alloy) with a breaking waves design
