late 18th century, porcelain hand painted in cobalt blue, iron red, orange, and gilt with a central scene of arching bamboo with gilt edged chrysanthemum flowers and large pink peonies, a pair of birds overlook the scene, the platter has a barbed rim with a wide elaborate floriate border.
