A Colombian emerald cabochon and circular-cut diamond cluster ring. Emerald weight 7.47cts, engraved to band. Estimated total diamond weight 1.30cts, predominantly H-I colour, SI1-P1 clarity. French assay marks. Approximate ring size L. 9.1gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition goodto fair.
Later sizing aid to inside of band.
Some claws re-tipped/re-worked.
Some claws worn, may require attention.
Diamonds bright and well matched.
One diamond chipped to girdle.
The emerald is a deep, slightly bluish green hue. Moderately profuse inclusions, some surface reaching.
Emerald with concave base.
Length of ring head 2cms.
