A DUTCH ENGRAVED PEDESTAL-STEMMED WINE GLASS, 18TH CENTURY

the round conical bowl wheel-engraved with a vignette of a couple staning before the entrance to a celllar, a figure behind the doors fills a goblet from a barrel, below the diamond-point engraved inscription HANSIE IN DE KELDER, the bowl supported by a plain globular knop above an hexagonal section stem with tear inclusion and a folded conical foot
