In decent, stable, usable condition. Having a fairly even finish to the exterior but with moderate surface wear (nicks and scratches) consistent with age and use. Some discoloration/staining to top, back edge with some worming. Age separations to top boards. Drawers all open and close smoothly, two with locks, one lacking, no keys.
