Condition Report:
In detail, starting from the top:
The uppermost section [the pointed finial] is completely sprayed.
The section below [formed of two tiers] the upper four nozzles and three of the lower nozzles restored. One edge between two of the lower nozzles with restoration and the waisted foot restored.
The section below [formed of one tier] the rim edge of each nozzle is restored, Two flat horizontal sizes with restoration. Restoration to the corners and corners of the foot
The largest base section [formed of a tier and the square plinth] with a triangular-shaped loss to top edge, visible in lot illustration. This area measures approximately 4cm wide x 2 cm at deepest point. This flat horizontal size, and another side with restoration.
Restoration to the rim edge of each nozzle. Some scattered restoration to chips.
One foot re-stuck and the whole underside of the base section with restoration.

The tulipiere has been produced with an integral ceramic hollow tube to the interior, into which fits a later wooden dowel. This helps secure the tiers, particularly the middle two where the upper section does not have a stepped foot.

There are differences between the all the painted borders at waisted feet though this seems integral to the piece.
