of silver shape, the fluted body painted with winged masks suspending pendant swags of wreaths between borders of flowers

This has been extensively damaged and repaired with rivets. With signs of old over painting ot the exterior and interior.

The present lot is possibly that photographed on a side table in the Drawing Room at Brodick Castle, circa 1950.
