The rhizome naturalistically detailed with constricted knotty sections wreathed by furled leaves, an attendant seed-pod and a lotus bud issuing from curling stems, the polished stone of white tone accented with russet veins cleverly used to enhance the lotus flower, carved wood stand.

The lotus rhizome with blossom conveys auspicious wishes for happiness and fruitfulness in marriage.
