A maker by the name "Cailliard" is recorder as working in Rue de Four, St. Germain betweeen 1807-1825, the date line would suggest this makers hand, see page 129 of Watchmakers & Clockmakers of the World (CTCE) Loomes, Brian.
Some wear to the dial, some tarnishing in places and signs of previous cracks to the marble - see additional images. Includes a pendulum but no key. Movement has not been tested.
