of rectangular form, the top set with a temple form structure and two figures over the engine turned dial with Roman numerals signed Medainle Ay, the whole raised on scrolling feet.

這精緻的小臺鈡是19世紀法式中國風的絕佳體現。經典四方鈡樓的上部鋪以絳紅絲綢，改造成一方小小舞臺，一對男女身著西式長袍，袍子上的紋樣和女子的云肩卻是典型的東方風情。人物之間的圓桌同樣鋪陳著絳紅絲，綴以精巧的金絲流蘇。桌面上一座亭台，以鏡面分隔成四個微縮場景，拉動隱藏在鈡身背後的抽繩，可以自由變換。
