A French Silver-Gilt and Enamel Vesta-Case Apparently Unmarked, Probably Late 19th Century
There are apparently no hallmarks. There is some damage to the enamel on the top right of the box. This is in the form of a small chip at the corner with some cracks radiating from the chip down the right hand side. The mounts are heavily tarnished. The front is signed indistinctly.
