A French gilt iron floor lamp in the manner of Raymond Subes C 1940.

The singular light at the top of a squared and twisted shaft, supported by a scrolled tripod base. Raymond Subes (1891-1970) was one of the most famous French ironworkers of the Art Deco period. He mostly used patinated, chromed, or gilded wrought iron such as in this lamp.
