Fully marked under base. The marks are generally clear. Further engraved with a scratch weight '46=15'. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The surface is somewhat bright. Perhaps as the result of an erasure, and explaining the difference in the current weight and the scratch weight.
