A George III mahogany kneehole desk, circa 1760, 81cm high, 85cm wide, 51cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and useOld splits and cracks, some chips and losses, one rear corner with lifting to veneers, there are vertical splits and cracks to the sides of the deskThe handles are probably original, the locks also, there are no keys, one pull is missing from a lower drawer, the central cupboard appears to be locked shut at time of reportThe top with a later replacement piece of timber to the rear, also some of the mouldings appear to be later, one piece is detached and present with the lot, there are also losses and old replacements to veneers and inlaysPlease refer to additional images for visual reference to condition Condition Report Disclaimer
