Old splits and cracks,
The handles all have later reinforcing timber to the interior of the chest - there is no guarantee these are original but they are in-keeping with the overall appearance of the chest
Some marks and staining, including to the top
The lock keeper with later inset timber surrounding, the lock appears to be the original
