A George III sterling silver dish ring, London 1806 by William Frisbee (first reg. 12th April 1791) Of circular reeded form, with a central ring supporting a removable circular spirit burner. The burner engraved with a crest of a heraldic tiger collared and lines, to the base and lid. Part-marked to upper section of dish ring and base of burner, as well as burner lid bezel. Diameter – 22.5 cm / 8.75 inches Weight – 479 grams / 15.4 ozt William Frisbee had a brief partnership with Paul Storr which was registered on the 2nd May 1792
