each shaped circular and on four reeded tapering legs, with reeded rim, engraved with an inscription within neo-classical shield 31.5cm diameter and 21cm diameter, total weight 48oz 4dwt, 1,499gr (2) The inscription reads 'To Major L. B. Holliday From H. M. Factory Bradley 31-7-1918'.

Each fully marked underneath and further numbered '715' of '708'. The marks are clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are some very minor dings, particuarly noticeable to the smaller example. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
